Sip Studio offers custom personalized tumbler cups made for everyday use. Because each tumbler is customized, processing times may vary depending on the design request, personalization details, order volume, and material availability.

At this time, Sip Studio may offer pickup, local delivery, or arranged shipping depending on the customer’s location and order details. Available options will be communicated before or after the order is confirmed.

If shipping is available, customers will be informed of the shipping method, estimated delivery time, and any shipping cost before the order is completed. Shipping time is separate from processing time because each tumbler must be designed and prepared before it is shipped.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery or shipping information. Sip Studio is not responsible for delays, missed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.
