Refund Policy
At Sip Studio, each tumbler is personalized and made based on the customer’s selected design details. Because of this, custom tumbler orders are generally final sale and cannot be refunded once production has started.
Refunds or replacements may be considered if the item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the approved order details. Customers must contact Sip Studio within 3 days of receiving the tumbler and provide a description of the issue. Photos may be requested to help review the concern.
Sip Studio is not responsible for mistakes submitted by the customer, including misspelled names, incorrect color choices, or wrong design details. Please review all information carefully before placing an order.
Refunds are not available for normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper care, or damage caused after the customer receives the tumbler.
If an order needs to be canceled, the customer should contact Sip Studio as soon as possible. Cancellations may only be accepted if production has not yet started.
